The Greenleaf 150L Solar Geyser is built for durability and consistent thermal performance in both residential and light commercial solar water heating systems. Featuring a robust inner tank, high-performance vacuum tubes, and integrated insulation, it ensures reliable hot water delivery even under high-pressure conditions.

Tank Construction

-Inner Tank: SUS 304-2B stainless steel, 1.2mm thick for corrosion resistance and longevity

-Outer Tank: Colour steel cladding, 0.41mm for structural protection

-Tank Diameters: Inner – 350mm | Outer – 450mm

-Working Pressure: Rated up to 600kPa for high-pressure systems

Vacuum Tube Technology

-Tube Dimensions: 58mm x 1800mm

-Material: Borosilicate Glass 3.3

-Coating: SS-CU-ALN selective coating for enhanced thermal absorption and efficiency

Frame and Support Structure

Warranty & Installation Requirements

GreenLeaf 150-liter solar geyser 

 A 1-year warranty covers 

•⁠  ⁠the heating element and thermostat.
•⁠  ⁠the safety valve and drain cock.
•⁠  ⁠solar vacuum tubes,

The inner cylinder, flange assembly plate, and gasket; the frame; and the manifold are backed by a 5-year warranty.

Requirements that need to be met for warranty 

Use a qualified and registered plumber. 

Ensure the installation meets local regulations and SANS standards. 

-Must be installed by a qualified plumber or solar installer familiar with solar thermal systems.

-Installation must comply with SANS 10254 and SANS 1307 standards.

-A valid Certificate of Compliance (COC) must be provided post-installation.

-Warranty claims require proof of compliant installation and system setup.

We are in overall happy with our purchase but upon installation we discovered that 2 vaccum tubes were broken... We didn't check the boxes upon delivery..
