Warranties:
All inverters and batteries must be installed by a qualified electrical wireman or Master electrician with a valid registration with the Department of Labour. A valid electrical certificate of compliance (COC) must be issued once installed, specific to the installation of the backup or solar system. The installation must be compliant with SANS 10142 and ALL its parts. Any warranty claim submitted without installation photos, a valid COC and proof of a qualified wireman/master electrician installing the unit, can be rejected and will render the warranty claim null at void.

I purched the batterier at Light City in Mosselbay in March 2023. The 22 of Novembet 2023 I returned with the batteries, I was told there is no warrenty on them. They were used on a Deltec 1600 inverter. I paid R7800 for the two. Please help.
Can you run a normal size fridge as well
Great product with seamless switchover for load shedding.. quick delivery with full plug and play...no set up required. I was using it for load shedding within 2 hours of it arriving with no problems...
[ I am dissapointed in the Lihium batteries. I have been using normal lead batteries for the last 4 years,and they last for approx 3 hours at a time before i need to recharge them. I use them for my LED flurescent strip lights.
The lithium batteries only last about 40 min longer and then switch off wpthout any warning whereas the lead batteries you can see that theyare getting weak and can chage them before being left in the dark. Is this normal that your batteries do not last longer ?
