Warranty & Installation Requirements
The inverter carries a 2-year warranty and the battery a 10-year warranty.
All equipment must be installed by a qualified wireman or master electrician registered with the Department of Labour, and must comply with SANS 10142 regulations. A valid Certificate of Compliance (COC), installation photographs, and proof of professional installation are required for all warranty claims. Failure to comply may void warranty coverage.
