A complete large-capacity household water storage, pressure boosting and whole-house filtration solution designed for properties that require dependable backup water and consistent flow throughout the home.

This combo combines JoJo’s upgraded 5250 litre vertical water tank with a 0.75kW centrifugal booster pump and a 2-stage whole-house filtration housing, providing a practical solution for water storage, pressure management and filtration.

The 5250L tank was previously known as the 5000L Water Storage Tank and has been redesigned to hold an additional 250 litres without increasing the overall unit size or price.

JoJo 5250L Vertical Water Storage Tank

The JoJo 5250 litre vertical tank is designed for reliable outdoor water storage and is suitable for residential, agricultural and general backup water applications.

Its rotationally moulded construction provides strength throughout the tank structure, while reinforced lower sections help manage the pressure created by the stored water.

Tank Installation Requirements

The tank must be installed on a firm, level and smooth base capable of supporting the full weight of the tank when filled.

Suitable installation options include:

• Level paving
• A properly designed tank stand
• A reinforced concrete plinth

Where a concrete plinth is used, a concrete bed of approximately 85mm minimum thickness is recommended, with the base extending approximately 100mm beyond the tank diameter.

Correct tank support is important to maintain structural integrity and warranty compliance.

0.75kW Centrifugal Booster Pump

The 0.75kW centrifugal booster pump is designed for applications requiring increased household water flow and automatic pressure control.

The built-in flow control system automatically starts the pump when system pressure drops and switches it off when water flow stops.

Pump Installation Requirements

For suitable operation and longevity:

• Recommended suction pipe is HDPE or helical-coil reinforced flexible hose
• Minimum suction pipe size: 25mm or 1 inch
• Recommended discharge piping includes copper, HDPE or other SABS-approved piping
• Recommended discharge pipe size: 22mm or 3/4 inch
• The pump must be properly earthed
• Electrical cables should not be placed under strain
• Power must be disconnected before maintenance is performed
• The pump is intended for clean water applications only
• Water containing solids, mud or suspended particles can significantly reduce pump lifespan
• Damage caused by contaminated water may fall outside factory warranty coverage
• Extending the electrical cable can affect the factory warranty
• An approved extension plug adaptor should be used where additional cable length is required
• The pump should be installed in a well-ventilated, undercover area
• It must be protected from direct sunlight, rain and irrigation spray
• A suitable pump cover is recommended for additional protection
• Manufacturer usage and installation instructions should be followed

2-Stage Whole-House Filter

The whole-house filtration housing connects directly to the property’s main water supply line and allows high volumes of filtered water to be distributed throughout the home.

Its two-stage configuration accommodates different cartridge combinations, giving you the flexibility to choose filtration media suited to your specific water source and required level of filtration.

The centrifugal booster pump carries a 1-year warranty. Incorrect installation, contaminated water, unsuitable operating conditions or unauthorised electrical cable modifications may affect warranty eligibility.

The whole-house filter carries a 1-year warranty, with consumable parts covered only where a qualifying manufacturing fault or defect is confirmed.
