Description:

The JoJo 1500 Litre Vertical Water Storage Tank is a durable upright water storage solution designed for stationary installations. As part of JoJo’s vertical tank range, it is suitable for applications where reliable bulk water storage is required.

Once filled, the tank should remain in position and must be installed on a stable, level and smooth base to ensure proper support.

• UV-stabilised outer layer designed to withstand harsh African weather conditions
• BPA-free, food-grade internal layer helps protect stored water quality and prevents harmful chemical leaching
• Black inner layer assists in reducing algae growth
• Increased polymer thickness at the bottom provides additional strength against the pressure of stored liquid
• Closely spaced lower ribs improve structural support at the base of the tank
• Manufactured without vertical joints or weak points in the tank layers for improved durability

Installation Requirements

Vertical tanks must be positioned on a sound, level and smooth surface.

Suitable installation options include:

• Level paving
• A correctly designed tank stand
• A concrete plinth

Where a concrete base is used, the concrete bed should ideally be at least 85mm thick and extend approximately 100mm wider than the diameter of the tank.

The tank must remain stationary once it has been filled.
