Description:

The JoJo 10 000 Litre Vertical Water Storage Tank is a high-capacity upright storage solution designed for reliable, stationary water storage. It forms part of JoJo’s popular vertical tank range and must be installed correctly before filling.

Once full, the tank should remain in its installed position and should not be moved.

Heavy-Duty Tank Construction

• 10 000 litre water storage capacity
• Manufactured from premium virgin LLDPE
• UV-stabilised outer layer designed for harsh African weather conditions
• BPA-free, food-grade internal layer helps prevent harmful chemical leaching and protects the quality of the stored water
• Black inner layer assists in preventing algae growth
• Additional polymer thickness at the bottom of the tank provides the strength required to handle the pressure of the stored liquid
• Closely spaced ribs at the base provide extra structural support
• Manufactured without vertical joints or weak points in the tank layers for improved strength and durability
• High-quality colour pigments offer excellent weather and light fastness for extended outdoor use with reduced fading

Safety Features

• Lid secured using spring-loaded e-clips
• Secured lid provides an additional safety measure in the event of the tank overflowing

Installation Requirements

The tank must be installed on a sound, smooth and level surface.

Suitable installation options include:

• Level paving
• A properly designed tank stand
• A concrete plinth

If a concrete base is used, the concrete bed should ideally be at least 85mm thick and extend approximately 100mm wider than the diameter of the tank.

The tank must remain stationary once it has been filled.
