Warranty and Installation Requirements
The inverter carries a 2-year warranty, and the battery includes a 5-year warranty.
All inverters and batteries must be installed by a qualified electrical wireman or Master electrician registered with the Department of Labour. A valid Certificate of Compliance (COC) must be issued upon installation, and the system must comply fully with SANS 10142. Warranty claims submitted without installation photos, a valid COC, and proof of professional installation may be rejected and rendered null and void.

My gas geyser no longer spark after 4 months, what can be the issue
This battery runs my lights, TV and decoder, Computer and monitor, speakers, internet, blender and all the other small draw items in my caravan. In 2 years I've had no problems and I'm happy. It's lying on the floor under the bed and being a LifePO I'm confident that it can't burst into flame and I sleep very well.
I'm traveling around southern Africa in the caravan and this is a very helpful power source, coupled with a 3000 watt inverter.
I do all my cooking on gas and stay in caravan parks which have electricity available, so I charge the battery through the inverter from the mains. Solar panels are big and clumsy to carry around - the smaller roll-up panels are not very efficient.
Received in time, installed and working very well.
