Installation and Warranty
All Dyness batteries must be installed by a qualified electrician or registered wireman in accordance with SANS 10142 standards.
A valid Certificate of Compliance (COC) and installation photos are required for warranty claims.
Warranty: 10 years (subject to approved installation and correct system configuration).

My gas geyser no longer spark after 4 months, what can be the issue
This battery runs my lights, TV and decoder, Computer and monitor, speakers, internet, blender and all the other small draw items in my caravan. In 2 years I've had no problems and I'm happy. It's lying on the floor under the bed and being a LifePO I'm confident that it can't burst into flame and I sleep very well.
I'm traveling around southern Africa in the caravan and this is a very helpful power source, coupled with a 3000 watt inverter.
I do all my cooking on gas and stay in caravan parks which have electricity available, so I charge the battery through the inverter from the mains. Solar panels are big and clumsy to carry around - the smaller roll-up panels are not very efficient.
Received in time, installed and working very well.
As we were looking to purchase an inverter and a battery ,we were greeted via telephone, the salesperson was friendly and respectful,and helped us with all the info we required ,sent our invoice and payment was made...our tracking number has been recieved ....we will be dealing with The Solar Step again...thank your for the great service..
