Solar panels -15 year product warranty
All lithium batteries and inverters must be installed by a qualified electrical wireman or Master Electrician registered with the Department of Labour. A valid Certificate of Compliance (COC) specific to the solar or backup system must be issued after installation. The setup must comply with SANS 10142 regulations.
Warranty claims without a COC, installation photos, or proof of qualified installation may be rejected.
