Warranty & Installation Requirements:

  • 2-Year Warranty on inverter
  • 10-Year Warranty on battery.
  • Installation must be performed by a qualified wireman or Master Electrician registered with the Department of Labour.
  • A valid Electrical Certificate of Compliance (COC) must be issued upon installation.
  • The system must comply with SANS 10142 and all applicable regulations.
  • Warranty claims require: Installation photos, a valid COC, and proof of a qualified installer.
