Warranty & Installation Requirements:
- 2-Year Warranty on inverter
- 10-Year Warranty on battery.
- Installation must be performed by a qualified wireman or Master Electrician registered with the Department of Labour.
- A valid Electrical Certificate of Compliance (COC) must be issued upon installation.
- The system must comply with SANS 10142 and all applicable regulations.
- Warranty claims require: Installation photos, a valid COC, and proof of a qualified installer.
