Installation & Warranty:
This product includes a 5-year warranty, provided the unit is installed by a qualified wireman or master electrician registered with the Department of Labour. An installation-specific COC (Certificate of Compliance) is mandatory. Installations must adhere to SANS 10142. Warranty claims require valid proof of compliant installation, including photos and documentation.
