Warranties & Installation Requirements

- Installation must be performed by a qualified electrical wireman or Master Electrician with valid registration with the Department of Labour.
- A valid Electrical Certificate of Compliance (COC) must be issued after installation, specific to the backup or solar system.
- Installation must comply with SANS 10142 and all its parts.
- Warranty claims must include:
- Installation photos
- Valid COC
- Proof of installation by a qualified wireman or Master Electrician
- Failure to provide the above may void the warranty.
