Warranties & Installation Requirements

  • 5-Year Warranty
  • Installation must be performed by a qualified electrical wireman or Master Electrician with valid registration with the Department of Labour.
  • A valid Electrical Certificate of Compliance (COC) must be issued after installation, specific to the backup or solar system.
  • Installation must comply with SANS 10142 and all its parts.
  • Warranty claims must include:
    • Installation photos
    • Valid COC
    • Proof of installation by a qualified wireman or Master Electrician
  • Failure to provide the above may void the warranty.
