Installation and Warranty Conditions
All batteries must be installed by a qualified electrical wireman or Master electrician registered with the Department of Labour. A valid Certificate of Compliance (COC) must be issued upon installation, and the system must comply fully with SANS 10142. Warranty claims submitted without installation photos, a valid COC, and proof of professional installation may be rejected and deemed null and void.
